The Lemonheads Share New Cover of The Bevis Frond’s “Old Man Blank”

The Lemonheads (the project led by Evan Dando) are releasing a new album, Varshons 2, on February 8, 2019 via Fire. It’s their first album in nine years and is a covers record. Now they have shared another song from it, a cover of The Bevis Frond’s “Old Man Blank” (from their 1988 album Triptych). Check it out below.

Previously Dando shared the album’s opening track, a cover of Yo La Tengo’s “Can’t Forget.” It’s the follow-up to 2009’s Varshons, also a covers album. This one also features covers of songs by Paul Westerberg, The Eagles, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, and more.
