“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” Season 3 Trailer Features Titus Burgess Channeling Beyoncé

Netflix’s truly hilarious comedy Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is returning for a third season and a new trailer released today confirms the return date of May 19. Perhaps timed to last night’s Grammys (even though Adele was the big winner of the night), in the trailer Titus Andromedon (played Tituss Burgess) is dressed as Beyoncé from her Lemonade visual album, smashing up things with a baseball bat. The show also stars Ellie Kemper as the titular Kimmy Schmidt who, after years of being held against her will by a cult leader in an underground bunker, moves to New York City. Titus is Kimmy’s gay roommate with dreams of becoming a Broadway star. Watch the trailer below.
