Watch: Dungen - “Achmed flyger” Video
Häxan Due Out November 25 via Mexican Summer

Dungen
Swedish psych-rockers Dungen are releasing a new instrumental album, Häxan, on November 25 via Mexican Summer in the U.S. (and in the rest of the world on November 18 via Smalltown Supersound). Previously the band shared the album’s first single, “Jakten genom skogen.” Now here’s a video for “Achmed flyger.” It consists of distorted images of nature, including shots of owls and other animals. Watch it below.
The album is the follow-up to 2015’s Allas Sak (which was their first album in five years) and was inspired by Dungen’s work on an original score to the 1926 animated film The Adventures of Prince Achmed. Lotte Reiniger’s movie is believed to be the oldest surviving full-length animated feature film. Häxan is an official Record Store Day Black Friday release.
