Watch: Factory Floor - “Wave” Video

British electro-rock/post-industrial band Factory Floor released their latest album, 25 25, back in August via DFA. Now they have shared a video for “Wave.” The band’s own Gabe Gurnsey directed the frantic clip, filming it around the English/Welsh border. Watch it below, followed by the band’s tour dates.

Gurnsey had this to say about the video in a press release: “Much like the album contents and lyrics the idea was to leave the video to the viewers / listeners own interpretation, sitting somewhere between abstract and suggestive. People tend to apply Factory Floor’s music to dance floor environments but for me, when we are writing and creating records and sounds, the idea of journey and escapism through nature is always prominent.”

I adore Factory Floor! It’s my favorite group among British electro-rock bands. I grew up with their songs, and sometimes even skipped classes because of them, lol. Then had to find some papers and samples online. Though I learned so many British lexicon thanks to the songs.

Actually, I have watched few albums of Factory Floor. In my opinion, the band has been giving priority to the social values and thus such videos get screens in different film festivals. It’s a great honor to say that I am a big fan of Factory Floor. facial masks
