Watch First Trailer for Video Game Adaptation “Warcraft”
Due Out June 10, 2016
Nov 06, 2015 Warcraft
The first trailer for Warcraft has been released. The adaptation of the Warcraft video games and novels is due out June 10, 2016. Duncan Jones (aka David Bowie’s son and the director of sci-fi mind-benders Moon and Source Code) directs from a script he co-wrote with Charles Leavitt. The trailer promises a fantasy epic, but also a whole lot of CGI. Let’s hope it’s more like Lord of the Rings and less like the Clash of the Titans remake.
The story centers on a conflict between Alliance (humans) and Horde (orcs) and the film features such actors as Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper, Paul Patton, Clancy Brown, Daniel Wu, Travis Fimmel, Ben Schnetzer, and others. So the film is short on movie stars, but no doubt Universal Pictures is hoping the large devoted following for Warcraft will equal lots of ticket sales. We’ll see.

Great article about videogames. Video games are a new art style and a way of life for some people, above all, in my opinion if we talk about PC games. Warcraft is a clear example of this, I hope the movie is as good as the game.
