Foals’ new album, What Went Down, came out at the end of August via Warner Bros. Now the British band has shared a video for “Birch Tree.” Dave Ma directed the clip, which features the band goofing around in Los Angeles (at the beach, skating at the LA River, riding in shopping carts, etc.). Some of it was either shot in Super-8 or the footage was treated to look like it was shot that way. For a brief moment the video cuts to a contrasting image of the band in a cold, snowy city before quickly returning to sunny Southern California. Check it out below.
