As we previously reported, Mercury Rev are releasing their new album, The Light In You, on September 18 via Bella Union. We’ve already heard its first single and album opener, “The Queen of Swans,” which was followed by “Are You Ready?” Now the latter has a video.

Alex Southam directed the clip. A press release describes the video’s concept as such: “The video is a cinematic and psychedelic depiction of a young woman’s dreamscapes where the lines between reality and fantasy have become blurred. Set midst the backdrop of neon flecked city lights we follow our heroine as she drifts in and out of lucid thought, lost in the music and the ‘jukebox glow.’”
