In Rock the Kasbah, the new film from director Barry Levinson (Good Morning, Vietnam and Rain Man), Bill Murray plays an aging and washed up rock manager who takes his client (played by Zooey Deschanel) to entertain U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan. When Deschanel steals his passport and ditches him, he gets stuck there, but discovers a local teenage girl with an amazing voice. We previously posted an earlier trailer for the film, but now there’s a new longer trailer.
The film is due out October 23 via Open Road and also features Danny McBride, Bruce Willis, Scott Caan, and Kate Hudson. Check out the new trailer below.
