Belle and Sebastian
At Glastonbury this past weekend, a lot of British bands who made their marks in the 1990s performed. The BBC has posted an impressive amount of videos from the festival and so we decided to collect those performances from ‘90s heroes, all of whom are still going strong today. Included are Glastonbury 2015 performances from Suede (“Beautiful Ones”), Super Furry Animals (“Juxtapozed With U”), Spiritualized (“Soul On Fire”), Belle and Sebastian (“If You Find Yourself Caught In Love”), Supergrass’ Gaz Coombes (“Detroit,” from his recent solo album), and Paul Weller (who may have first made his mark in the ‘70s and ‘80s with The Jam and The Style Council, but whose solo career took off in the ‘90s and who performed “Saturns Pattern,” the punctuation phobic title track to his new solo album). Check out all the videos below and a bunch more Glastonbury 2015 videos can be found at the BBC’s YouTube page.
