Drawing influences from the likes of Prince and Gnarls Barkley, the musical artist known as The Child of Lov recently signed a deal with Domino and is expected to soon release his debut album, featuring contributions from DOOM, Thundercat, and Damon Albarn. Leading up its arrival The Child of Lov has issued his first proper single “Heal.” Available to purchase digitally (and as a limited 7’’ Nov. 26) it’s backed by a B-side cover of D’Angelo’s “One Mo’Gin.” If that weren’t enough the mysterious musician has debuted a music video for the track, capturing a group of neighborhood kids busy themselves with all sorts of club-house shenanigans and activities.
