Anyone familiar with Bill Watterson’s famous comic strip Calvin and Hobbes will remember that when it came to playing in the snow, the precocious six-year-old protagonist was an artist when it came to snowman sculpting. One year unfortunately, said creations came to life in a very dangerous fashion. In its upcoming Christmas special, titled “The Snowmen,” the space/time traveling Doctor Who seems to encounter a bit of Calvin’s leftover adversaries, with a little Christmas Carol clothing thrown in for good measure.
