Ty Segall is as predictable as say, summer. We know that at least once a year the weather will be warm, the sun will be shining, and he’ll put out a new album. Segall’s next opus is called Manipulator, and is out on August 26. Last night on Conan, he proved why you should care. Check out his blistering rendition of “Feel” below.
