Last year New Jersey-based rapper Voli experimented with the Chromatics track “Lady,” taken off the band’s 2012 album Kill for Love. Providing his own versed rhymes over the Portland foursome’s production work, Voli has returned to the unique mash-up almost a year later to premiere a self-directed music video for his interpretation. Playing out like a strange fever dream featuring a red-lipped, blonde beauty, the whole thing is available to watch below.
