Yukimi Nagano of Swedish electro-pop band Little Dragon has released her debut solo single, “Break Me Down,” put out simply under her first name. She has also announced some solo U.S. shows featuring a full backing band. She has also put out a video for the song. The single is out now via Ninja Tune. Check it out below, followed by the tour dates.

Nagano co-wrote the song with Erik Bodin and Lianne La Havas. Working with the latter marks Nagano’s first time writing and creating music with another woman. La Havas also plays guitar on the track. Nagano’s Little Dragon bandmate Erik Bodin produced the song, as well as playing drums, bass, and keyboards on it.

Little Dragon’s last album was 2023’s Slugs of Love.
