Bob Dylan turns 75 today and Animal Collective have a present for him. In honor Dylan’s big day Animal Collective’s Geologist and Deakin have remixed Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right,” a song he wrote and recorded in 1962 and was released in 1963 as a single and on the classic album The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan. The remix is fairly relaxed and restrained considering Animal Collective’s frenetic music. “Happy 75th Birthday, Bob Dylan!” wrote Animal Collective on the Soundcloud post.

Dylan just released a new Frank Sinatra covers album, Fallen Angels, via Columbia. Animal Collective released their latest album, Painting With, back in February via Domino. Below are tour dates for each artist.
