First Photo of David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson on Set of “The X-Files” Miniseries Revealed
Mulder and Scully Return Next January

The X-Files is returning to TV on January 24, 2016 with a six-episode event series on FOX starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson as Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. Today the first photo from the set was posted to the show’s official Twitter account. It shows a video monitor that X-Files creator Chris Carter is watching and on the screen is Duchovny and Anderson filming a scene in a car. It’s not much to go on, but excite about the return of The X-Files is high enough that we’ll take what we can get. Check it out below.
In other recent X-Files news, Joel McHale (Community) has joined the miniseries, playing a conservative broadcaster who becomes an unlikely ally to Mulder.
