Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard Shares a Video for the Brand New Track “Lose Your Love”

Hot Chip founding member Joe Goddard has released a brand new solo single, “Lose Your Love,” and shared a video for it. The single is out now on his own Greco-Roman label. The video features a self-doubting tai-chi teacher of sorts. And then his class watches a strange 1980s looking VHS video about meditation and things get weirder. Are they part of a cult? It’s hard to tell exactly what’s going on, but it’s all very interesting to say the least. And the song is a fun and upbeat dance-pop gem (do you expect anything else from a member of Hot Chip)? There’s no word yet on if we should expect more solo music for Gobbard, but based on this: yes please. Watch it below.
