Banks To Release Album, Julian Plenti is...Skyscraper

Pitchfork, Billboard, and Matador Records’ blog have recently reported on the upcoming release of Julian Plenti’s album, Julian Plenti is…Skyscraper. Plenti, of course, is none other than Interpol’s own Paul Banks.

Featuring some songs written over ten years ago, according to Billboard, Plenti is in no way a new persona for Banks. Plenti was in practice well in advance of Interpol.

The album is scheduled for an August 4th release on Matador Records, Interpol’s alma mater.
