
Mark Ronson Announces September U.S. Release Date for New Album
Album Features Simon Le Bon, Boy George, and Rose Elinor Dougall
Mark Ronson has announced a September 28 U.S. release date for his third album, Record Collection, the followup to 2007's Version. Ronson, who made his name producing albums by the likes of Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse, makes his debut as a vocalist on the album, on both "Lose It (In The End)" and the album's titled track, "Record Collection."
Record Collection marks the beginning of a fresh venture for Ronson with his new band The Business Intl.. The album houses a collaboration of over 30 contributing musicians and singers such as Duran Duran's Simon Le Bon and Nick Rhodes, Q-Tip, Ghostface Killah, Boy George, former Pipette Rose Elinor Dougall, and many more.
