
MGMT Unveil Trippy “Flash Delirium” Video

MGMT has unveiled the video for "Flash Delirium," the first single off of sophomore album Congratulations (even though they supposedly weren't releasing any singles from the album). The trippy video starts off innocently enough, with Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden being welcomed home to a big mansion, but soon it goes to some very dark and disturbing places. Let's put it this way, creepy puppets and a hole in Goldwasser's throat that sings aren't the weirdest things in this clip. What does it all mean, beyond the fact that drugs had to be involved somehow? The video was directed by Andreas Nilsson, who has shot clips for Fever Ray, Goldfrapp, and Depeche Mode.
