Scottish post-rockers Mogwai are releasing a new best of and rarities collection entitled Central Belters and due out October 9 via the band's own Rock Action label. They have shared a video for "Helicon 1," which was released as a non-album single in 1997 under the title "New Paths to Helicon, Pt. 1." The video was directed by Craig Murray and features sharks and other sea life. The band turns 20 this year and are currently playing and curating a series of shows as part of ATP Season at London's Roundhouse that include themselves, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Public Enemy, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, and others.

Central Belters will be a 3xCD and 6xLP collection of career highlights and rarities. Check out the "Helicon 1" video below, followed by the tracklist and the details of their Roundhouse shows. Also read our 2014 interview with Mogwai.
