Premiere: Rue Royale – “Set Out To Discover” Video
New Album Remedies Ahead Due Out In September Via Sinnbus
Aug 29, 2013 Rue Royale
The forthcoming new album from Anglo-American duo Rue Royale promises to be darker, rougher, and more beautiful than their first two, yet no less heartbreaking. Ruth and Brook Dekker are inspired by Fleetwood Mac and gospel music, but their rustic single “Set Out To Discover” also reminded us of Van Occupanther-era Midlake. They’ve paired the lovely track with a dreamlike video that finds the duo menacing miniature versions of themselves; check it out below.
