Nowhere25 Due out November 6

British shoegazing icons Ride recently reformed and have been touring. They also recently announced Nowhere25, a 25th anniversary reissue of their 1990 released debut album Nowhere. Today the band has shared a new remix of their classic single “Vapour Trail” done by none other than Robert Smith of The Cure. This remix does not feature on the reissue. It’s not a typical dance remix with electronic beats and the like added. Instead Smith makes subtle but noticeable and interesting changes to the mix, such as adding an echo effect to the vocals. He’s also extended the song. Check it out below, followed by Ride’s upcoming tour dates.
