It’s only taken them five years, but stellastarr* are finally releasing the follow-up to 2005’s Harmonies for the Haunted. The NYC-based band is set to release its long awaited third album, Civiiized, on July 7th on the band’s own Bloated Wife Records. The first single, “Graffiti Eyes”, will be available for download through iTunes beginning April 20th, but you can stream the single and another new song, “Warchild”, on the band’s MySpace page (www.myspace.com/stellastarr).

Coinciding with the single’s availability on iTunes, the first track will also be featured on the CW’s Gossip Girl at 8pm on April 20th.

A summer tour of the U.S. is already in the works.
