The Dodos Announce New Album “No Color”
Out March 15 via FrenchKiss
Jan 11, 2011 The Dodos
The Dodos are back March 15 with new album, No Color. For the new project, the duo reunited with producer Jon Askew, who produced the band’s first two outings.
This time out, band and producer aimed to not only nurture the no-holds barred nature of their previous releases, but show off untapped talents as well. “I have a love for ‘90s riffs that I haven’t gotten to showcase in this band,” says guitarist Meric Long via press release. “The most fun I had with this record was when I got to strap on the electric guitar and come up with Billy Corgan riffs while the tape was rolling.”
