Thought Tortoise was busy sitting on their laurels after their first studio album in five years? You thought wrong! Following up one good thing with another release, the band has just announced a two-song 12-inch. Out August 18th, the 12-inch features remixes of two songs from their most recent full-length, Beacons of Ancestorship, one by Eye from Boredoms and another by Mark Ernestus of Basic Channel and Rhythm & Sound.

A limited pressing of 1,500, the album also features photography by Andrew Paynter.

Tracklist:

Side A: High Class Slim Came Floatin’ In - Eyeremix

Side AA: Gigantes Version - Mark Ernestus
