New York’s Caveman are releasing a new album, Otero War, on June 17 via Cinematic Music Group. The band has already shared “Never Going Back,” “Human,” and “80 West.” Now the band has shared a video for “Never Going Back.” The psychedelic clip was directed by Steven Sebring and features the band in space and on an alien planet. Watch it below via Pitchfork, who premiered it.

Otero War is the follow-up to 2011’s CoCo Beware and 2013’s Caveman. Frontman Matthew Iwanusa took more of the reigns in the creative process this time, but it was still a full band effort. Michael Brauer (Coldplay, My Morning Jacket) mixed the album and Albert Di Fiore produced it. Iwanusa’s father contributed string arrangements. Below also are their upcoming tour dates, which includes some dates opening for Frightened Rabbit and a performance at Outside Lands. The band also recently performed at one of Under the Radar’s SXSW events.
