Watch Clips of Blur’s Possible Last Show
Live at Hyde Park
Last night at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games the evening was filled with a wide-ranging mix of British musical talent, including a headlining performance by The Who, and appearances by the Spice Girls, Muse, Fatboy Slim, Ray Davies, and Liam Gallagher. While this mainstage celebration was a taking place, a much cooler kind of concert was taking place in Hyde Park, featuring performances by New Order, Bombay Bicycle Club, and The Specials. Headlining the event was of course Blur, with many speculating as to whether the show would in fact be their last. Either way, various pieces of fan footage of the concert have inevitably surfaced online, including renditions of "Girls & Boys" and "Song 2." Click on the videos down below to get a sense of watch the night was like.
