Watch: Hinds - “Easy” Video
Leave Me Alone Out Now via Mom + Pop
May 18, 2016
Hinds
Spanish all-female quartet Hinds released their debut album, Leave Me Alone, back in January via Mom + Pop. Now they have released a video for “Easy.” John Strong directed the clip. As the band performs the song their faces get grosser and dirtier, with smeared mascara, food, and what might even be vomit. But then things end on a nicer note. Watch it below and read our review of Leave Me Alone.
The band’s YouTube page for the video includes this description: “‘Easy’ is the worst moment in the universe during a relationship cause you love him but he doesn’t anymore. And being in bed with him is giving him nightmares. And you are the hangover in his mornings, and the homework during the day and the pain in his arse. So when you reach that point you can’t help but self destruct. There is just nothing you can do, it’s too late to take it easy.”
