Springtime Carnivore (aka Greta Morgan) has released a video for “Other Side of the Boundary,” a song found on last year’s self-titled debut album. The video scrolls from left to right, with different versions of Morgan in different situations singing the song. She’s on the beach, in the bath, in a wedding dress projected inside a man’s head, recreating her album cover, emulating Bob Dylan, being surrounded by balloons, etc. And she wears different wigs throughout too. It’s a very creative clip. Eddie O’Keefe directed it and he happens to be Morgan’s ex-boyfriend. “I suffered through the break-up of a five-and-a-half year long relationship and all I got was this heartbreaking video,” Morgan jokes in a press release.

Morgan also explained the video in the press release, saying: “There are borders around every image—boundaries around each person—and we made them very prominent to represent the wall we all carry around ourselves, which only allows certain people to enter at certain times. The question I’m exploring is when and how can we reach the other side of those divides.”
