Every internet crawler worth his salt knows that nothing good can come from reading the comments. That is, unless you’re a member of The Decemberists. Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the band jumped head first into the rabbit hole, and strung some of the meanest comments from “Kim Kardashian’s Plastic Surgery Transformation,” Obama’s State Of The Union address, and “noisy kittens waiting for dinner” together in song. They also performed What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World cut “Make You Better,” be cause album promotional cycles wait for no man. Check out both below.
