Yesterday Was Declared Bon Iver Day in Eau Claire
Bon Iver Now Has Two Separate Holidays
Dec 14, 2011 Bon Iver
Yesterday, the city of Eau Claire, Wisconsin declared December 13 to be Bon Iver Day. If the news sounds familiar, it’s because on July 22, the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin also dedicated a day to the singer/songwriter.
Justin Vernon’s alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and his hometown, Eau Claire, even made an official document praising Vernon on his recent journey to success.
