Mariam The Believer is the solo moniker of Swedish singer/songwriter Mariam Wallentin. After years playing as one half of the duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums, Wallentin debuted with her 2013 album, Blood Donation, followed by her 2017 sophomore record, Love Everything. Wallentin’s music finds her crafting a crystalline fusion of jazz, soul, and art pop, recalling the simmering tones of classic jazz songstresses and the glassy, exploratory undercurrent of artists like Kate Bush.
