The X-Files is returning to TV on January 24, 2016 with a six-episode event series on FOX starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson as Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. Only one official behind-the-scenes photo from the show has been previously revealed, but now Entertainment Weekly has Duchovny and Anderson on the cover of their new issue and they have shared a bunch of new photos from the new X-Files miniseries.
A selection of some of the photos are below, but go to Entertainment Weekly to see the full gallery of nine photos and read the captions. The photos show Duchovny and Anderson, Joel McHale (Community) as a conservative broadcaster who becomes an unlikely ally to Mulder, and Annet Mahendru (The Americans) as a woman who believes she’s been repeatedly abducted by aliens. There’s also the Entertainment Weekly cover.
