Pitchfork Music Festival Annouces Initial Lineup

Pitchfork has announced the initial lineup of its 2011 Music Festival. Taking place in Chicago’s Union Park July 15-17, the event is set to include performances by Animal Collective, Fleet Foxes, Deerhunter, TV on the Radio, James Blake, The Dismemberment Plan, Yuck, Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti, Cut Copy, and many others. Tickets go on sale today at the festival website starting at 1 p.m. EST. Single-day tickets cost $45, and three-day passes cost $110. You can check out the day by day breakdown of appearances below.
