Sebadoh has released a new album, Act Surprised, today via Dangerbird. Now that the album is out, you can stream the whole thing below. Also below are their upcoming tour dates.
Previously Sebadoh shared a video for Act Surprised‘s first single, “Celebrate the Void.” Then they shared another song from it, “Stunned,” also via a video. That was followed by “Raging River,” also via a video for the track. Then they shared another song from it, “Sunshine,” also via a video for the track.
Act Surprised is the band’s first album in six years. The band (Lou Barlow, Jason Loewenstein, and Bob D’Amico) recorded it with producer/sound engineer Justin Pizzoferatto after Barlow “moved back to his home state of Massachusetts following a series of personal changes.”
Lowenstein previously had this to say about the album: “Of all the records we have made in our long career, this is definitely the most recent.”
