Sufjan Stevens Releases New Song, “Too Much”
Second Track Released From Forthcoming The Age of Adz Album
Sep 09, 2010 Sufjan Stevens
Here’s another preview from Sufjan Stevens’ very anticipated new LP, The Age of Adz (pronounced “odds”), which streets October 12 via Asthmatic Kitty. This week we’ve got the album’s second track under the microscope. It’s six minutes long and called “Too Much.” It was originally titled “There’s Too Much Love” when Stevens previewed a bunch of Adz tunes from Castaways at Ithaca College last year.
The symphonic-folksman is really embracing the electronic glitches and bleeps on this album. Still sounds like a Sufjan track during the big outro. Download or stream below, or via his Bandcamp. See tour dates here.
