Bloc Party Announce Tour Where They Will Perform Debut Album “Silent Alarm” in its Entirety

2005 Album to be Performed on European Dates This October

Bloc Party have announced a tour where they will be performing their 2005 released debut album Silent Alarm in its entirety. The album is still regarded by many as their best and it sold more than a million copies worldwide. Right now the dates are just in Europe, this October. Hopefully some North American dates will be announced soon. Tickets go on sale this Friday and all the dates are below, followed by a tweet from the band and two videos from the album.

The current Bloc Party lineup is short two original members, with Matt Tong leaving in 2013 and Gordon Moakes moving on in 2015. Kele Okereke and Russell Lissack remain and are joined by Justin Harris (of Menomena) and Louise Bartle. Unless the original members are rejoining for this tour, some fans might not be as enthused. The British band's last album was 2016's HYMNS.
