Jamie xx Announces Debut Solo Album

After delivering a double A-side single “Girl”/“Sleep Sound” last year The xx‘s Jamie xx has announced his intention to release his debut solo album this summer. According to a cover story in Mixmag, the album, titled In Colour, will comes out this June via Young Turks. Featuring both “Girl” and “Sleep Sound,” the forthcoming LP will also include collaborations with his xx bandmate Romy Madley Croft, as well as Four Tet.
