Snail Mail (aka Lindsey Jordan) and Soccer Mommy (aka Sophie Allison) have announced some co-headlining tour dates. The U.S. dates happen this September and October. Check them out below.

Snail Mail released a new album, Ricochet, in March via Matador. Soccer Mommy’s last album, Evergreen, came out in 2024 via Loma Vista. Read our review of Evergreen.

Previously Snail Mail shared Ricochet’s first single, “Dead End,” via a music video. It was #1 on our Songs of the Week list. Then she shared its second single, “My Maker,” via a single-take music video where she performs in a hot air balloon. It was also one of our Songs of the Week. Then she shared its third single, album-opener “Tractor Beam,” via a music video, and also performed the song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “Tractor Beam” also landed on Songs of the Week and Ricochet was one of our Best Albums of March.

Ricochet was Snail Mail’s third album, the follow-up to 2021’s Valentine. Jordan recorded the album with producer/bassist Aron Kobayashi Ritch at Fidelitorium Recordings in North Carolina and at Nightfly and Studio G in Brooklyn. “I’ve never done this before, but I wrote all of the instrumentals and vocal melodies on the piano or guitar, and then I filled in the lyrics all at once over a year,” Jordan explains in a press release.

Snail Mail’s debut album, Lush, came out in 2018.
