Arcade Fire Unveil Interactive Google Earth “We Used to Wait” Video

The new music video for Arcade Fire‘s excellent single, “We Used to Wait,” is an interactive film called “The Wilderness Downtown.” The Google/HTML 5 clip takes its name from a lyric in the tune: “so when the lights cut out, I was lost, standing in the wilderness downtown.” All you’ve got to do is enter in the street address of your childhood home and you’re taken to a Google Street View trip through the suburbs.
