Torchwood returns on July 8 with an episode called “Miracle Day.” The Doctor Who-spin off will feature an extended cast, and locations around the world, thanks to a joint venture between BBC and Starz.

The new season starts off with a mystery—a day where no one in the world dies. And another day, and another…who’s behind it? Moreover, can the earth survive the population boom?

The show will kick off on Starz, July 8, 10PM ET/PT.
