Tom Petty
Tom Petty, the singer/songwriter/guitarist who found success in the 1970s and 1980s with his band as Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, died in October 2017 at age 66. Last Friday saw the release of An American Treasure, a 60-track box set that includes dozens of previously unreleased songs. Now a video for one of those tracks, “Gainesville,” has been shared.

St. Vincent
St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark) released her latest album, MASSEDUCTION, in October 2017 via Loma Vista. It was one of our Top 100 Albums of 2017. Back in June she shared “Fast Slow Disco,” a new, more dance floor ready version of the album’s delicate string backed track “Slow Disco.” Now she has shared a third version of “Slow Disco” that takes it in the other direction, to a more stripped down, piano-backed sound. It’s fittingly titled “Slow Slow Disco.”
