Metal Mother isn’t the latest in Sunset Strip bands, but rather the work of singer/songwriter Taara Tati. Her darkly ethereal sound draws influence from Cocteau Twins, Kate Bush, Enya, and Nine Inch Nails. Her new album Ionika streets April 16.
