Stone Temple Pilots have announced a new singer, Jeff Gutt, and shared a new song, “Meadow.” The band’s former vocalist Scott Weiland died in 2015 (and Linkin Park‘s Chester Bennington, who was at one time also a vocalist with Stone Temple Pilots, died in July of this year). As we earlier reported, Scott Weiland, former frontman of 1990s alternative rockers Stone Temple Pilots, died in his sleep last night on his tour bus. He was found on his bus at 9 PM last night in Bloomington, Minnesota, before he was supposed to perform a show with his current touring band The Wildabouts at Medina Ballroom. More
