Lauren Mayberry, frontwoman of Scottish electro-pop trio CHVRCHES, has often spoken out against misogyny and the nasty sexist and sometimes violent Internet comments she has gotten from Internet trolls. She talks about it in our current cover story article on the band, for example. The band recently released a video for “Leave a Trace,” in which she wore a short dress, and the reaction from trolls was as strong as ever. Today she was interviewed by Cathy Newman for Channel 4 News in England about the subject.

On the official Instagram account for Star Wars today a new teaser trailer was released for the highly anticipated sequel, Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It doesn’t reveal much, being confined to Instagram video length and all, but it does show off a lightsaber duel between John Boyega’s Finn and Adam Driver’s evil Jedi Kylo Ren.
