The fourth LP from Bristol, England’s Gravenhurst is another exercise in rootsy yet fractured indie folk. There’s been a steadfast consistency in the act’s work through the years, and Daylight is no exception. These tunes blur together into a woozy, vertiginous haze, and serve as a reminder of just how great Gravenhurst can be when they’re on top of their game, which they are here more often than not.
