East India Youth (aka London-based electronic musician and singer William Doyle) released a fantastic sophomore album, Culture of Volume, earlier this year on XL. It made it on our Top 100 Albums of 2015 list and was well received in his native U.K., but the album has been a bit underappreciated by U.S. critics and listeners.  More
