Dead Stars
On March 4, noise pop trio Dead Stars will release their sophomore LP, Bright Colors, via Weird Tree. Ahead of the record, we’re premiering the video for the quiet-loud gem “Calm Punk.” Below, you can check out the band’s upcoming tour dates and watch the clip, which (rather comically) takes a literal approach to expressing the song’s title by spotlighting a day in the life of a peaceable punk rocker.
Tour Dates:
1/13: Brooklyn, NY @ Shea Stadium (w/ Slonk Donkerson, My Teenage Stride, NO ICE)
1/15: New York, NY @ Pianos
1/26: Brooklyn, NY @ Baby’s All Right (w/ Diet Cig, Winstons)
3/4: Brooklyn, NY @ Rough Trade (record release show)
