You’ve got to love a good side-project. This one features two members of The Men messing around with synths and loops and, you know what, it’s great. Much of it sounds as grand as Evil Heat-era Primal Scream covering Suicide in SST’s basement. “Iris” reinvents Sabbath’s “Planet Caravan” for the modern age. And then there’s a beautifully incongruous country duet at the end. More please (www.wearedreampolice.blogspot.co.uk)
